Service Description
Single arbitrator or as a member of an arbitration panel for a matter, appointed by a Clerk of Court in South Carolina held at a Courthouse in South Carolina in the applicable county. 3 hours for the arbitration is budgeted plus 1 hour of preparation time at $35 total. If more time is necessary, an additional session is available to be scheduled.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance; there is a 10% fee for canceling or rescheduling less than 24 hours in advance of the appointment. Any additional time spent on matters is billed at my hourly rate for the service originally booked, as is detailed on my website. All fees are earned upon receipt. Please redact any information - like a social security number - that is sensitive personal information of you and/or someone else. If you require more information on what Alternative Dispute Resolution is prior to your service, I recommend you go to the American Bar Association's Alternative Dispute Resolution section for their resources on their website. No weapons are allowed. No violence is allowed. No screenshots of the computer/phone/technical screen are permitted to ensure confidentiality. No recordings are allowed to ensure confidentiality. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, or drugs are allowed. The dress code is casual: jeans are okay to wear.
