Leadership, a limited liability company, was founded by a seasoned legal professional who is dedicated to providing exceptional alternative dispute resolution services. Our founder, with their distinct experience in mediation, arbitration, negotiation, and personalized coaching, came together with a vision to revolutionize legal alternative dispute resolution strategy.  Based in the Upstate of South Carolina's Oconee County, Leadership, Ltd. Co. has a physical location in the City of Seneca; in addition to offering services in-person, this Alternative Dispute Resolution practice also offers services virtually and in a hybrid manner.

​Sherri Marie Carr, Esquire, Chief Executive Officer and President, is admitted to practice law in Georgia and Washington, D. C.  She is a South Carolina Supreme Court certified Arbitrator, a South Carolina Supreme Court certified Circuit Court Mediator, and a South Carolina Supreme Court certified Family Court Mediator.  Ms. Carr is, also, a registered Arbitrator and a registered General Civil Mediator in Georgia.
